Tenemos la siguiente situación:

Alejandra es una usuaria que tiene su pc en la subred A y se queja que no puede acceder los ficheros situados en la subred B, pero sí puede acceder correctamente a los que hay en propia red. Al verle las propiedades de la conexión observamos:

Como vemos en la imagen la Subred A es una 172.30.1.0/24 por lo que hemos de cambiar la máscara a 255.255.255.0. La configuración de la puerta de enlace es correcta y no necesitaría cambiarse, y tanto al servidor DNS como al WINS no puede alcanzarlos hasta que cambiemos la máscara.
